All shipping costs are borne by the Purchaser.
Current material components that are new, unused and in their original packaging and which were purchased within a thirty (30) day period may be accepted by JCA Technologies for return and credit. Items must be returned through the same channels as purchased. A twenty-five percent (25%) minimum re-stocking charge will be made against all returns of “Standard” (Make-to-Stock) items and a higher re-stocking charge may apply to all “Non-Standard” (Assemble-to-Order) items. “Custom” (Make-to-Order) or special purchase items are not returnable; any credit allowed will apply to future purchases and is not refundable. Credit will be provided after arrival of the item(s) at JCA Technologies and only if the goods are verified to have met the conditions concerned.
To return goods, you must first contact a JCA customer service representative by email or phone (204-415-1104) and obtain an RGA number; a form is available upon request. Items may not be accepted without the proper paperwork and RGA number. Prior to contacting us, please have the following information ready:
- Quantity, part number, revision (where applicable) and description of the product
- Reason you wish to return the product
- Serial number(s) where applicable
- Corresponding purchase order number and JCA sales order or invoice number
An RGA number will then be assigned and that RGA number/form must accompany the items being returned.
Any items not listed on a RGA (Return Goods Authorization), obsolete parts, Special Orders, Custom Orders, or goods over 30 days will not be accepted unless special arrangements have been made by a JCA representative.
Returns must be packed carefully to prevent any shipping damage, including all parts and accessories. Whenever possible, use the original packaging. If original packaging is not available, contact your JCA customer support representative for advice in advance of shipment. If an appropriate replacement carton is allowed, ensure adequate packing material is used to prevent damage to packaging and contents during transport.
Please write your RGA number clearly on an exterior label adhered to the shipping carton and in the attention line of your shipping label. DO NOT write the RGA number on the original product packaging nor directly on any returning items. Ship the product to the address provided by the customer support representative.
For replacements, where an identical item is unavailable, an alternative, comparable product will be shipped back to you and that product may be new or recertified.
